This bar is made of polished steel with polished sleeves, 300 lb. statical test, 1 1/8 diameter. The sleeves are pinned, not one piece construction and are cut to 9 ¼. The inside dimensions are the same as all other 7 Olympic bars so this bar will fit on a normal Olympic size bench. more info
