great running pants

These pants are exactly what I look for in running pants. They have good deep side pockets with zippers for holding keys, tissue, gloves etc. They taper at the ankle keeping the wind out, but have nice long ankle zippers,making it easy to change out of if needed after a work-out. They are not heavy or thick and easy to move in and just warm enough if planning a run of 3 or more miles in under 50 degree weather to about 20 degrees.

Finally, I’ve found a pair of running pants that are PERFECT! I purchased the medium petite size (I’m 5’3). The length, waist and hip areas are just right. The light weight and the classic rise make these pants a perfect relaxed fit. The option of petite items is awesome – definitely a plus for New Balance!

Thse are great pants by New Balance. They are too long for me even at a size S – I’m 5’3″, but had to shorten the pants by 2 inches. Too much work as there is a zipper involved.
