Good Basic Mat

It’s ok …

Smaller and thinner than I expected. I have it for my free weights. Had to buy a carpet pad to put under it. I use it in my basement and had it on the concrete floor. Not thick enough to protect the floor from getting cracked if I dropped the weight on it. It’s ok, but I’m sure there are better

Home gym mats

I found two of these mats to be more than adequate for my admittedly small home gym, consisting of PowerBlock weights with stand, an adjustable bench, small recumbent bike, Swiss ball, and dip stand. The nonslip surface is nice when you’re doing push-ups. The mats are not cushioned, but for my purposes that is not a defect. Delivery was prompt.

Good solid quality. I have my treadmill on it. The mat protects my carpet and it cleans easily. Good investment at a decent price.

The mat is good, however I would recommend a mat that is wider.
