junky pump
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
Stamina Crystal Edge Premium Exercise Ball (65 cm)
I bought this eight months ago for $25.10. It was difficult to pump up with the very flimsy pump they include, but I finally achieved it with great effort. After eight months, noting a slight loss of pressure, I tried to refill it with the pump, but a crack has developed in the very cheap plastic hose, so that it is now not just difficult, but impossible to refill. If I can't find a convenient alternative method of refilling it, I will return the product. It turns out that the pump is an important component of the ball.

Sturdy, versatile exercise tool
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
As a beginner at exercise I wanted an aid to make it more fun, more comfortable and more efficient. This is it!

I am overweight and due to illness, my muscles had wasted a great deal. As part of a cardiac rehab program, I was told to strengthen my core muscles before beginning even a walking program. My choices were Pilates or an inflatable exercise ball and I found that the ball is an excellent tool to make Pilates-type exercises more comfortable and safer for beginners.

I shopped around to purchase one which I was sure would support my weight and not "blow out" when I sat on it. This Stamina, 65 mm (25.5 inches) ball was the one I chose and I'm very happy with it. There are many websites with detailed photos and instructions for exercises ranging from beginner to advanced and I was surprised at what a workout I got from what seemed like it would be very easy. Actually, it is easy, it's just more strenuous than I expected.

Keep in mind that you can under-inflate a large ball to make the ball more stable and therefore easier to exercise on until your muscles are toned. Over-inflating the ball a little makes it less stable and therefore the exercises become more difficult and efficient. Heavier users can also purchase the next size larger (than suggested in product description) and expect it to "flatten out" a bit more.

I've used this ball daily for almost a year and find it invaluable for starting my day and stretching before walks or other exercises. By stretching my spine over the ball, I also find that my breathing is aided by simultaneously expanding the rib cage. I highly recommend an exercise ball for all exercisers and this brand has held up very well under heavy use. (Pun intended.)

Nice
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I was a little doubtful before I bought this ball-but now I
love it!
If you follow the instructions very carefully, you can't get
hurt. You can make any of the exercises as advanced or as basic
as you need.
Also, if you are sore or cramping, rubbing your belly or other
sore muscles with the ball make it feel better.

Not quite right
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
My husband bought this ball to sit on at his desk to help with posture. Unfortunately at 6 feet tall and 175 lbs the ball wasn't tall enough. On the bright side our 3 year old was able to pump it all the way up. We did use the measuring strip that came with it to ensure it had proper inflation. Prior research indicated a 65 cm ball would be adequate. Apparently a 75 cm ball would have been a better choice.

Pleased
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Strong, solid, easy to inflate with pump, no smell. Makes a great chair for 'active sitting'!

Love it!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I was hesitant buying this ball because I was afraid I was too short (I'm 5ft5in), after having read other reviews about different sized balls. But, it works great and I love it. The size is not a problem at all. I also like the exercise chart, which I mounted on my wall for easy reference. I only gave it 4/5 stars because the air pump that comes with it is really poor quality. It works, but you have to be very careful with it. I was afraid I was going to crush it. But, it did work and I inflated the ball just fine.
