Vertical Knee Raise Attachment. Specially contoured, oversized back pad, arm pads and handgrips add comfort to the grueling abdominal, shoulder and triceps workouts you can get from the combination Vertical Knee Raise Dip Station. Not recommended for the faint hearted, this is one option that builds champions. NOTE This station cannot be used with the MH30 Multi Hip Station. My whole family loves this attachement. Only regret we have is that we should have bought it at the same time we purchased the machine. Works great for my itty bitty teenager up to my hubby who weighs 225 pounds.
