We've designed the Short Stroke for people who want movement and blood flow as an exercise, rather than a brisk cardio workout. It's great for someone who wants to ride a mile or so each day and is looking for a cardio system that provides a very short range of motion. The total range of motion of your legs when pedaling is 7 inches. The Short Stroke uses a specially designed belt driven system that allows you to pedal forward or in reverse and experience the same resistance in either direction. An LCD displays a number of functions, including time, distance, speed, and calories. This is great for people looking to gain better balance and build strength, or for people recovering from a leg or hip injury who need an exercise system with a short range of motion. Of course, always check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program or using any new piece of equipment. The minimum height requirement for using the Short Stroke Mini Bike is at least 4 foot, 8 inches tall. Mimimal assembly required. more info

    Great for MS

This is a great product for somebody with MS. The person I bought this for has limited mobility. She uses a walker around the house and a wheel chair in public. This is a great machine to help her keep stretched, fit and still keep her safe. I would highly recommend this to others in similar situations.

Not having alot of extra income I took on chance on purchasing this product. I love it!! The chair is very sturdy and although I can’t use the step or do the standing activities I feel I am getting a great work out.
