Great exercise item!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
If you are weary of buying such a product for home exercise you shouldn’t be. These bands can be used for rehabilitative purposes as well as exercise in general.
–If you’re a petite female, I think you’ll be able to exercise with the light band, while using the stronger ones to help strecthing. This is only based on assumption using myself and mywife.
–The beauty of these products is that you can increase and decrease the resistance by how short you make the band when you hold it…adjusting as you go.
–On to search for some heavier resistance bands

Placed the order, received it in a timely fashion and discovered the product worked as it was advertised. Now what more can you ask for.

exercise bands
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
These 4′ Valeo bands are too short for most exercises, I was not able to do most of the exercises in my Denise Austin book. 5.5′ to 6′ is a better length

It works!

Come on folks, your PAYING 10 bucks… that’s it. They work, and the quality isn’t that bad…It works.

The quality of material is not as it had been before
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
all bands are too soft and quality of material is not there. I have bought 3 times already the bands from valeo, but next time I might look at some other manufacturers. blue is thin and almost no resistance, red is exactly as blue, yellow – just throw away. I still have my last bands and there is huge difference in quality of rubber and very thin if you compare old ones to new ones.

These are not looped/connected at the ends
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
They would be so much more useful if they were looped instead of just a straight band. I had to tie knots in them for most exercises. They are also kind of cheap and don’t offer as much resistance as I would have liked, they are very thin. You get what you pay for…

Valeo Stretch Bands
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I use Linda Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds exercise program and she uses stretch bands. I was disappointed that these were so short! They’re usable, but just barely. Oh well. If I lose the weight I hope to lose, they should be about right in length sometime next year.

Too short
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I’m 5′ 6″. They are too short for me. I could have used about 12″ longer products.

Am I the only one who loves these bands?
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Seriously, these are a great product for someone like me who is recovering from long term back problems and surgeries. They are of great assistance with stretching and even some exercises that I am ready for. It’s too bad that you tall people aren’t happy with them, but there is more than one use for them. Perhaps you should have done a more thorough search before purchasing them; reading the fine print about length and size and so on. Yes, I happen to be short (5’3″) but it doesn’t matter because I mainly use them to stretch my body, most importantly my back. Thank you Valeo – great product!
