Defective by design
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
It was really hard to assemble. The handle cover was too tight and would not come in.

nice
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Got it at a great price. Nice burn from using it. I don't know that 2 wheels makes it better, but it does the job.
Only gripe was that it was almost impossible to put the foam handle on over the metal bar, that was a workout by itself, had to use all knowledge of physics and all brute strength in fingers to get job done.

Simple and easy
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
It's great! Simple to use, about 1 minute to put together and you will sure as hell feel it, especially in your upper abs, closest to the rib cage. Do a set of 10-15 of these, tack on some push ups and dumb bells and you will have a great in house work out. Be SURE to put a soft blanket or cloth down for your knees, as this wheel is built so you do the crunches on your knees.
Highly recommended

Shmeh
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
Well, it's cheap simple, and doesn't take up very much room, but I haven't found it to be as effective as just a 10 minute pillates ab routine. So, shmeh- It's fine I guess. Yeah. It's fine.

Not the best tool for the job
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
I got it today. Its a real hassle to assemble, I was very persistent and managed to put it together in a concentrated effort. It actually may be impossible for some users to assemble.
The rubber tubes providing hand support and hold the central wheels in place are very difficult to put on. Also the central wheels are a little shaky since there is nothing really to hold them in place and their base is not very wide. This is a very strange design choice. I have seen other products that worked much better.
Other then that it seems to be working ok.

Great Ab tightener
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This works well if you stay with it and are patient. Don't overdue it at the beginning or you will be really sore.

Who invented this!!!
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
This is not for beginners, u have to be physically trained, the grip is horrible. Ur rolling down trying ur hardest to get back up.. u have to be really physically train. I have a stomach thats far from abeffic, its better u get a mcdavid waist trimmer or plastic wrap and do some ab workout.. If u do get to roll back up and down like ur doing a push up then good for u, most likely u will get some abs, once again its not for begginers, u have to be trained to work this. Whoever invented this didn't think of someone like me!!

Great product, Even better price
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Someone told me about the Torso Track II. When I went looking for it, I couldn't find it anywhere, besides...ugh...ebay. I started wondering if there was a reason they cannot be found anymore, but have yet to find one. However, while looking, I stumbled across this magnificent ab wheel! 1/10 of the price and does the same job. Many people had issues with the handles not fitting, but I read the reviews before I purchased it. And, therefore, had absolutely no problem with that.

If you aren't working your back and arms, start off doing a few a day and work up to more.

Pay attention to your balance. I recommend using it against a wall or other sturdy object, to prevent you from going to far and straining yourself or falling over.

Also, make sure to use your lower back, do not let it dip or you will wind up hurting yourself.

I starting using this for lower back problems, which have gone away almost completely. Even my chiropractor approves!

This is a Demon!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
everyone is right, it's very difficult to put together, and really may be impossible. My solution; Pam! I attempted to put the grips on and it wasnt working until I sprayed it with Pam. Then it went on pretty good.
Otherwise, it's working great, i've lost about 8 lbs in a week and a half from it, I've changed my eating habits a little bit, but ot a lot. I still drink coke and 151 every night, and have snacks. i just added salad to dinners, which we bar-b-que, and drink more water during the day. The first time i used it i was sore for days, probably because i did it for 15 minutes. You should only do it for like 3-5 a day.

well i hope this was helpful!
i reccommend it, just used Pam, and dont do it too long.

Simple & Affordable
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I read reviews on this product and had mixed feelings. The double wheel for stability sold me on it. People who claimed that it was challenging to build are wrong. Unless a defect, it was a very simple step to build it. It would be a 5-star if the handles were a made of foam, it hurts a bit when trying to get a grip after awhile. But with consisent practice, you will see results. You feel the burn. Start off from a wall, and slowly work your way back. Be cautious of lower back sufferers. Still a great and cheap AB product.
**I recently traveled, and the hotel I stayed in had this wheel in their gym, so its good enough**
