A complete set! No need to buy pieces seperately or realize that you can’t do certain exercises with what you’ve got… you can do it all with this wonderful, neatly packaged, training set. Very versitle with it’s add-ons and various bands… this set met all of my training needs and is durably made and wonderfully packaged. A must have for anyone serious about training.

Nice set of resistance bands

I bought these for my wife for doing P90X. She loves the removable handles and the ability to add more than one band to the handles at a time. Bands are of great quality. a few of my P90X buddies have bought them after seeing my set.

Easy to use – great for travel

I purchased these about a few months ago and have been very pleased with them. I practice a martial art, and have had to travel more than usual in the last several weeks, missing a lot of time in the dojo. These are very portable and easy to use, and have allowed me to continue developing upper body strength which is crucial to techniques that I’m working on right now.

Good but not good enough

Honestly i thought one of the bands would break but they have held strong. The only problem is the plastic handle broke. And i could not get a replacement as Amazon said the company only randomally sells them. They only offered me a 20% discount even tho i cant really use them anymore.

Good product but slight flaw

I think the idea of the adjustable bands is great. My only problem with the bands was that from the connected handle to the point of where the elastic portion begins is a HUGE gap so certain exercises that require a very tight loop really don’t work with this brand because of that long gap between your hand and the beginning of the elastic portion. You can’t create tension there. So that was a big dissapointment for me. But the bands are good quality and you can do most exercises with it. They will work for you just depends on what you are going to use them for. They didn’t work on all my exercises. I still use them for flys and wide movements. They work great for that.

It’s doing what it say it does

The product is great! all the bands are in their top notch condition when I received it. I’ve done quite a few tests on these bands and so far it doesn’t show any stretch cracks nor tears. I’m happy with the order!

Bands really work

For any fitness level these bands are ideal to tone and strengthen. Very easy to use,small and compact it can easily fit in your small gym bag. Certainly more bang for your buck with the number of bands given, for me its a winner.

SOLID bands, great for losing weight and building lean muscle-

I am so happy to have made this purchase. These bands are not cheaply made, like their cheaply-priced competitors. You will thoroughly enjoy these bands, as the variation in difficulty from band to band is perfect. I am a tall, athletic woman (and ex-fastpitch softball player) and feared building bulky muscle. However, with these bands, I have avoided looking like a husky muscle man and instead built long, lean muscle. Plus, you don’t have to be a prime athlete to enjoy these things. An exerciser of any capability and experience level will easily manage a few simple exercises for great results. Buy these bands with an exercise ball and really get the ball rolling on your exercise routine- no pun intended.

Great Bands, worth the $

I used these at my Krav Maga classes in Phoenix. I was very happy with the results that I attained. I just purchased these as I wanted something to work out with at home and I am also moving overseas next month. These are of a much higher quality than some of the other bands I have used in the past. I also like that they have clips on the end to attach the handles with. The four bands can be used simultaneously so that you can add more resistance by combining them.

Quality Lacking

I have had these bands for a little over 3 weeks. During my second workout the metal clasp on the yellow band snapped, leaving me with a stinger and one band without a quick disconnect. Seeing as I am on the road in the middle of nowhere replacement does me no good. 2 Weeks later the black band snapped, luckily the tension was absorbed by my shoes. My buddy that is doing P90x with me loaned me his bands, while they are a bit more in price, they don’t seem to have the visible wear and tear mine did. I cannot comment on there customer service, from what I understand they are fine, there shipping was quick. I am solely disappointed in the quality of this product and will never buy anything with the name Ayilo again.

When I recived them there was no indication of the weight ratios for each band. I emailed the company and was responded to in a day.I just wish there was another set of handles that way you would have to spend the time swtiching while you are in the middle of working out. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Bad product, worse customer service.

I had recently purchased Aylio exercise bands. A few days ago, while working out, the strap on the yellow band with the clasp, which attaches to the handle, snapped off the resistance band, thereby rendering it useless. I immediately contacted customer service, but they did not even bother to even acknowledge my email, far less respond to it. I am extremely disappointed with their product and their service. I would not recommend this product.

Great Product -Great Price

I was looking for resistance bands and found this product to be perfect. The price is less than the competitors and it is of the same quality. I am able vary the resistance with ease to get the maximum benefit from all my excersizes and would highly reccomend this product. I also use these bands (instead od the ones sphipping with the product) with the EA Sports Active for the Wii and have found that to be a much better workout.

not a fan of resistance bands

I guess these bands are okay. I’ve never tried any other bands though. I do like the fact that the handle is easy to remove and put on, and that you can increase the resistance by adding more bands. However, after putting them through about 10 workouts, I’m starting to see some tears in the rubber. Again, I’ve never used any other bands so I don’t know if this is normal or not. Also, the handles seem kind of long, I would say that they add about 4-6 inches to each side of the band from where they clip in. I really don’t need the extra length since I’m only 5’4″. It makes it kinda tough for some workouts, even when I make a loop to step on. I guess most bands work better for taller people. I prefer free weights. I’m looking to purchse some adjustable dumbells now. Oh yeah, I’ve been using them for the P90X workouts. They work fine for that, if you like using bands.

Decent

These bands are decent. The first time I used them, the yellow one popped out of the handle. I tried to see about exchanging just the yellow one, but was told I would have to send in the whole set for a refund, and then order a new set. That would take too long and I’m in a workout program where I need them pretty much daily. I’ve used them for a while since and have had no problems, but on maneuvers where I am stretching it a long way, I don’t use the handle, I just grab the band right below where it meets the handle. They give a decent workout and are a much cheaper alternative to buying a huge set of dumbells.

Aylio Resistance Bacd Set

This is a quality product. The customer support is excellent. Replies to my email have been fast and courteous. 1 defective band was replaced immediately.

The set is just as promised. the bands are sturdy and have nice metal clips. The only thing that could be improved is the “door attachment” it works fine at the top and side of the door, but easily slipped through the bottom of a door when there is a carpet. There is a web site with exercises that is oddly not mentioned anywhere, but you can find the videos on You Tube. It’s the best bang for the buck.

The customer service from Aylio has been incredible. They are very fast to respond to inquiries. We had a couple bands brake and they sent out replacements extremely fast. The new bands we received have worked perfectly. I would highly recommend you buy these bands.

Great idea but bad construction

I loved the portability of this set of bands, and I think the idea of interchangeable handles is a nice one. However, the gusset snapped off one of the bands during the first five minutes of use, and there is no way to reattach it! Had to send it back.

Find better bands

I can’t recommend these bands. The yellow band broke the first time I used it. Not the band itself. The clasps at the ends are poorly attached. The band is sandwiched at the ends between a stitched piece of fabric. As soon as the stitches come loose, the end falls off. In the bag is a disclaimer. If you pull too hard on these bands, they may break. What’s too hard? I bought these for the P90x workout. They didn’t hold up. I agree with other reviewers that the tension is too light as well.

Added Note: Shortly, after I wrote this review the company contacted me and really wanted to make me happy. I think they’re customer service is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t make the bands work better. Hopefully they’ll redesign.

I’ve used other resistance bands before, but this set tops them all!! The carrying case and attachments are something that most of the others do not have, and it is made from quality material. Great job by the manufacturer, and the set was shipped SUPER FAST. I received it 4 days after I ordered it.

They need to make these things sturdier

I use these for pull ups when it one of those really tiring days, combine about 3 or 4 of them for a decent amount of resistance. In the time I bought this, it was only about 3 weeks until one of the bands broke, maybe even sooner. I don’t understand why they can’t just make these things thicker. And even the thickest one was a joke. I can’t understand how anyone gets decent resistance of any kind without breaking them. I combined them to do the trick, but even then not so much.

These Are Perfect

I purchased these to go along with an exercise DVD as well as for use with the EA Active Wii game. They are perfect for both. I have not had any issues with any of the bands and the bag to hold all of the equipment is a nice touch. Very easy to transport when I travel for work. Highly recommended.

Useful if traveling; don’t replace free weights

I purchased these bands to use with the P90x workout. I was disappointed when they arrived with very little ‘instructions’ on which bands corresponded to which ‘weights’ for resistance. Further, I’ve noticed that the bands can be rough on the wrists for certain exercises that the P90x system calls for.

All in all, these are great if you’re traveling or if you want to keep them at the office, but I’ve decided that they don’t replace free weights if you can afford a set. If you’re short on space, powerblocks or the select-tech dumbbells might be a viable option also.

They are OKAY….

I bought these bands and they are just okay. Supposedly they give you up to 50 pounds of resistance when used together. I was able to do a bicep curl with all of them, and believe me, I’m no body builder. The bands seem more fitted for women who want to tone and lose weight. I don’t want to be muscular but lean and well built. These bands did not offer the type of resistance I was hoping for. I am now with Bodylastics bands, which are the best. Hope I was helpful!

Worse than I Initially Thought

After about 3x weeks of use, my yellow band just broke. The stitching ripped out. The blue and red don’t offer enough resistance, so I am down to one semi-effective band. very dissappointed with this purchase.

***Written 3 weeks ago***I just purchased these bands and have begun using them for the P90X workout. They do add something to my workouts, but I have worked with better resistance bands in the past.

The resistance seems awfully low, but I have compensated by adding a loop on the floor and working primarily with the yellow band. This suggests to me that I’m not getting much more than maybe 20 pounds of resistance even after shortening, so the red and blue bands are no better than very light handweights.

These are decent bands for working smaller muscle groups, but I’ll still be relying on the pull up bar because it offers a much better workout. It does allow me to smoke myself a bit more in the first round because the bands work when I can no longer do pullups.

I’ll probably end up investing in a set of weight selector dumbbells, I was trying to avoid the cost, but these bands are once again a case of you get what you pay for.

Great Product, Fast Service

I ordered these bands to be use for the P90X fitness system. The bands are just as promised by the seller, they are good high quality resistance bands with all the needed attachments and allow you to quickly and easily transition from one exercise to the next (possibly even quicker than with an actual weight gym.) I was a bit skeptical at first because I didn’t think that fitness bands could provide a good workout – boy was I wrong. By grouping the bands together you can increase the weight resistance to a very high level and provide a nice fluid resistance training session. It also helps to make sure your weaker set of muscles train to catch up to your stonger side. Also, the service from the seller was exceptional, they got these out to me right away, even with the free shipping, and did a follow up email. I highly recommend these bands for anyone looking for a good home workout with limited space and a limited budget!
