The most important quality actually is that the surface is textured so that there isn't any slipping when i'm rolling on or off of it with weights - an important and always overlooked characteristic with stability balls. Comes with a hand pump that I wish was a little more substantial but how could it be at this price I suppose, so no complaints there. Really looking forward to lots more core weight training on this ball. wow – one of a kind
